By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to restrain respondent carrying out any further enquiry against him. It is argued on behalf of the petitioner that a number of order has come to be passed against the petitioner, which ought to have been stayed and yet respondents are harassing the petitioner for no justifiable reason. Per contra, Sri Sandip Singh, learned brief holder appearing for the State respondent states that as of now there is no such order under challenge and whatever order was previously passed, has already been stayed.
