Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has questioned the re-fixation order dated 02.09.2023. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner has approached this Court after a lapse of almost two years. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is going to retire on 30.09.2025 and hence representation made to the authority way back on 10.10.2023 may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. 5. In the given facts and circumstances when the petitioner claims that recovery is bad against which he has made representation, I consider it appropriate at this stage to dispose of this petition with the direction to the petitioner to make fresh representation within one week from today, and if he does so the decision shall be taken within the next three weeks' time, by the
