By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner who has retired as health worker from the respondent's establishment on 31.08.2025 claims benefit under the old pension scheme as according to her, her case stands covered under the Government Order dated 28.06.2024. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may raise her grievance before the respondent No. 4 by making representation afresh, who may be directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. 4.
