By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has challenged the order passed by the disciplinary authority dated 02.02.2022 as well as the order passed by the appellate authority dated 08.07.2024. 3. It is argued on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is more aggrieved by the order passed by the appellate authority as his appeal has been dismissed on technical ground of delay whereas the appeal was preferred by him within time.
