By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent no.2 to transfer the petitioner from Ghazipur to either Ghaziabad or Gautambuddh Nagar. 3. According to the petitioner a list has been prepared under the order of competent authority on 16.04.2025 but no final decision has been taken in the matter. 4. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law provided petitioner makes a fresh representation. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of WRIA No. 13046 of 2025 2 with direction to the petitioner to make representation regarding his claim within a period of two weeks from today before the competent authority which shall be looked
