By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the enquiry proceedings initiated vide chargesheet dated 19.12.2018 basically on the ground that initially when the petitioner was suspended in the year 2013, nothing further progressed in the matter and he had been reinstated in 2017 but the salary for the said period he remained under suspension was not paid. However, subsequently in the year 2018, the disciplinary proceeding was initiated with the issuance of the chargesheet to which petitioner submitted detailed reply and upon reply being submitted, an enquiry report was also furnished by the enquiry officer against the petitioner which became subject matter of consideration b
