Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner, who was retired in the year 2021, has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the concern respondent to pay remaining retiral dues of the petitioner alongwith 12% interest per annum and regular family pension within stipulated period as prescribed in the Act." It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter to the competent authority namely respondent no. 3 vide representation dated 10.01.2025 which is still pending consideration.
