Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2025 (Annexure -11 to the writ petition)." 3. It is submitted that though petitioner has retired, similarly placed employees of his batch have been awarded the benefit of ACP. It is also contended that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 30.07.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5.
