By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner is aggrieved by the findings returned in the enquiry report dated 11.04.2025 and apprehends that the action shall be taken against him. 3. In the considered view of the Court a mere finding in the enquiry report does not entitle the petitioner to maintain petition to question the same. 4. Petitioner may be aggrieved as an when any final order is passed either for recovery as a result of enquiry or any punishment order is passed as a result of disciplinary proceeding and then he may maintain a petition. 5.
