This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners aggrieved of the order dated 16.05.2025 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Jabalpur Bench, Circuit Sitting, Gwalior in Original Application ('O.A.') No. 202/947/2019 whereby the O.A. filed by the petitioners seeking grant of compassionate appointment has been dismissed. 2. Counsel for the petitioners was put a query about the maintainability of the writ petition before this Court. Submissions have been made that as the petitioners are now living at District Jhansi, though at the relevant time when the O.A. was filed, they were living at Gwalior, the petition is maintainable. 3.
