Petitioner has retired on 30.11.2023 and is aggrieved for non-confirment of benefit under the assured career progression scheme. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was paid all post retirement dues on 06.03.2025 without there being any justification for such delayed payment and hence, he is entitled for interest. It is further submitted that in the above regard petitioner has made representation before the competent authority on 09.07.2025. 4. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law provided petitioner makes a fresh representation. 5.
