By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner seeks a direction in the nature of writ of mandamus to command respondent no.2 to decide the claim of the petitioner for medical reimbursement of the bills to the tune of Rs.2,27,380/-. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that further certain objections were raised by the respondent vide letter dated 06.10.2021, the same stood removed by the petitioner on 15.10.2021 and then again when the objection was raised on 25.01.2022 against which petitioner made a representation on 04.12.2024. 4.
