Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer on the ground that he has medical issues. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard he has moved a representation before the competent authority namely the respondent no. 2 on 21.05.2025 which is still pending disposal. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he is not averse to the petitioner's representation being considered by the competent authority in the matter. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order taking into consideration the Transfer Policy dated 06.05.2025.
