By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus to command the respondent no. 2 to consider the request of the petitioner for transfer from Varanasi to Deoria on Group-C post and in this regard it is claimed that petitioner had made a representation on 08.05.2025 but the same has remain undisposed of. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation regarding his grievance before the respondent no. 2 upon which appropriate order shall be passed strictly in accordance with law.
