By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus to command the respondent no. 2 to consider the request of the petitioner for transfer from Ballia to Deoria on Group-C post and in this regard it is claimed that petitioner had made a representation on 23.05.2025 and reminder on 08.08.2025 but the same has remained undisposed of. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law.
