A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay arrears of General Provident Fund, arrears of Gratuity from his initial appointment dated 10.03.1991 and also grant annual increment from 2009 to 2015 and salary from 01.07.2009 to 19.07.2009 and also pay pension according to old pension scheme to the petitioner with interest." 3.
