By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus to command the concerned respondent no.4 to consider the claim of the petitioner for leave encashment as even though he had attained the age of superannuation on 31.01.2025 but the said amount has not been paid to him. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard he has already represented the matter before the competent authority on 04.06.2025 which is pending consideration till date. 4.
