By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the order dated 30th December, 2023, whereby he was directed to hand over the lease and other documents as his contract employment had come to an end for no further renewal by the Gram Panchayat concerned. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that there has been no resolution of the Gram Panchayat for terminating the services of the petitioner. 4.
