Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 28th July, 2025, whereby petitioners have been transferred from one block to another block of the same district - Sambhal. 4. It is contended that since petitioners were appointed as Technical Assistant under the MGNREGA scheme for a particular development block, they could not have been transferred. It is contended that in an identical set of facts a large number of writ petitions have been filed in which this Court had granted indulgence and one such order of this Court dated 13th August, 2025 passed in Writ - A No.- 11612 of 2025 has been brought on record, which was further connected with Writ - A No.- 2284 o
