Heard Sri Amit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ravi Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that despite appointment letter being offered to the petitioner dated 10th July, 2025 on the post of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) in Archaeological Survey of India, petitioner has not been given joining till date. It is contended that in above regard petitioner has made an application on 7th August, 2025 before the respondent No.- 2, who may be directed to dispose of in accordance with law. 3. Sri Ravi Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the respondents submits that there is a criminal case pending against him in which now charge- sheet has been served upon him and hence possibly for this reason petitioner has not been offered joining. 4.
