By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Ballia (Respondent no. 3) to pass an appropriate order, ensuring the payment of entire arrear of honorarium of the petitioner (from September 2023 to till date) in the light of his own letter no. 655/सात-पं०/जनसुनवाई/2025-26/ दिनांक 01-मई-2025 within a stipulated period prescribed by this Hon'ble Court."
