Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has challenged the order dated 13th March, 2024 placing the petitioner under suspension but Sri Rahul Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner is confining his prayer to the prayer No.- 3 of the writ petition, wherein he has claimed expeditious disposal of the pending appeal dated 2nd April, 2024 by the appellate authority. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event a direction is issued to the appellate authority for early disposal of the pending appeal in accordance with law. 4.
