By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed before this Court for consideration of his representation for request of transfer at the place where his wife is working in the light of the provisions contained in the transfer policy as per which as far as possible both the spouses should be given posting at the same place. He has taken plea of the judgment of this Court passed in Writ - A No.- 9383 of 2025 (Mohanveer (Sub-Inspector) PNO. No.172240121 v. The State of U.P. and another) on 11.07.2025. 3.
