By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner claims that his name has wrongly been ousted from the zone of consideration for promotion whereas the employees, who had subsequently joined in the year 1999 have been accorded due consideration. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in above regard petitioner has already approached the concerned authority, namely Chief Medical Officer, Deoria by means of representation on 19th September, 2024, which has remained pending consideration till date. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may approach the competent authority, namely respondent No.- 2 with a fresh representation for consideration of his claim that may be directed to be decided in accordance with law. 5.
