Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the transfer order dated 22nd August, 2025, whereby he has been transferred from Block- Bahariya, Village Chaturpur to block- Mauaima, Village - Khargapur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has been transferred vide order dated 22nd August, 2025 beyond the prescribed period under new transfer policy dated 6th May, 2025. It is submitted that in above regard petitioner has earlier approached this Court vide Writ -A No.- 11122 of 2025, which was disposed on 6th August, 2025 with a direction to the authority concerned to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of benefit under the Assured Career Progression (ACP) and petitioner has been punished by way of transferred. 4.
