Heard Shri Kailash Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner and Shri S.K.Pal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 2. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that there is no instructions available with him as far as query made by the Court was in the leading petition as to whether petitioner has been relieved pursuant to the transfer order or not. 3. In the circumstances, therefore, it would be taken that no relieving order has been passed pursuant to the transfer order dated 24.06.2025. 4. In view of the above, the transfer order dated 24.06.2025 is hereby quashed. Petitioner shall continue to remain posted where they are currently posted prior to the passing of the transfer order. However, liberty rests with the competent authority to pass fresh order as per transfer policy and also guidelines issued. (Ajit Kumar,J.)
