Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. A preliminary fact findings report has been placed before this Court along with instruction, which is taken on record. Upon perusal of the report, it transpires that petitioner has been found to be prima facie guilty of the charges as per the allegations leveled by the victims and hence in the circumstances, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter of suspension. However, I consider that since petitioner has been placed under suspension since 30th July, 2025, I consider it appropriate to expedite the disciplinary proceedings so that petitioner may not be kept for prolonged suspension only for pending inquiry. Accordingly, the following directions are issued: (a). Petitioner shall be served with chargesheet within a period of three weeks from today, if already not served. (b).
