And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ramesh Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed instruction in the matter, which is taken on record. As per the instruction it is because of the apprehension of the area getting flooded on account of heavy rains that transfer of the petitioner was recalled. In the given facts and circumstances, therefore, it appears that order impugned came to be passed only for special facts and circumstances where the authorities were apprehending flood due to rains and hence transfer order has been treated to have been passed on administrative exigency as well as public interest. In the circumstances, it is hereby provided that as soon as situation normalizes in the flood affected area when petitioner is required to discharge his duties, the order dated 5th July, 2025 shall be restored and in any case positively by 1st Week of October, 2025. With these observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of. (Ajit Kumar,J.)
