In compliance of earlier order of this Court, learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and placed the same before this Court, which are taken on record. By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 24.3.2025 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Khekhra District Baghpat. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities to permit the petitioner to work on his duty allotted by respndent no. 2 and 3 as per his lien in service."
