In pursuance of the earlier order of this Court, District Panchayat Raj Officer, District- Siddharth Nagar/respondent no.3 and Gram Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Kathmorwa, Block Khesraha, District- Siddharatha Nagar/respondent no.5 are personally present in the Court along with the short counter affidavit annexing therewith the Resolution dated 20.09.2025 reinstating the petitioner as Panchayat Sahayak/Data Entry Operator in the Gram Panchayat concerned and a consequential order was passed by the Gram Pradhan on 22.09.2025. In view of the above, no cause anymore survive to continue this petition. However, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent concerned to take work from the petitioner and pay him regular remuneration as per the contract of appointment.
