Heard Sri Adya Prasad Tewari, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has challenged the order of transfer dated 25.07.2025 on the ground that it is against the transfer policy. Per contra it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the transfer order has been passed in administrative exigency. Be that as it may, since the petitioner is aggrieved against the transfer order, if he makes a representation before the competent authority namely the respondent no. 2 within a period of two weeks from today along with the certified copy of this order, the same shall be disposed of within a further period of six weeks by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
