As per the instruction petitioner’s name has finally cleared for appointment on the post of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police under the Central Armed Police Force Examination- 2022. Office order dated 22nd July, 2025 passed by Commandant (Recruitment) has also been annexed in which recommendation has been made in favour of the petitioner. It is submitted by Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned panel counsel that soon petitioner will be issued with appointment order and shall be given joining. It is expected that needful will be done in the matter within a maximum period of four weeks from today. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of.
