A copy of the instructions is supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. As per the instructions brought on record on 17.06.2025 the village concerned has come to be notified under Section 4(a)2 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act and now the consolidation proceedings have to be carried out in the village concerned for which the petitioner has been posted as Consolidator by way of transfer. In the circumstances, I see no justification to interfere in the order impugned. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order and wants transfer to any other place of his choice and if there is availability of any vacancy at his desired station, he may make a representation for the same within a period of two weeks from today along with the certified copy
