By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the order dated 04.06.2025 whereby his candidature for the post of Constable (G.D) in SSB has come to be rejected on the ground of pendency of criminal case as the petitioner has been charge-sheeted in Case Crime No. 240 of 2023 under Sections 302, 201, 120B IPC Police Station Puranpur district Pilibhit. 3.
