HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 10514 of 2025 Vidya Prakash Singh .....Petitioner(s) Versus State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Home Affairs Lko. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ajay Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Shikhar Anand Court No. - 1 HON'BLE RAJAN ROY, J. HON'BLE MANJIVE SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State. 2. The limitation for filing a claim petition before the U.P. State Public Services Tribunal is one year. The Limitation Act, 1963 applies as it applies to a suit. Judgment in this regard has been rendered in the case of State of U.P. and another vs. Birendra Bahadur Singh, Writ-A No.15076 of 2021. 3. Revisional order dated 29.05.2023 was challenged by the petitioner before the Tribunal by filing a claim petition in the year 2025 apparently after one year. There is no provision for condonation of delay. Therefore, the Tribunal has rightly dismissed the claim petition as barred by limitation. 4. We find no error in the order passed by the Tribunal. It is accordingly, dismissed. (Manjive Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.) September 10, 2025 akhilesh/-
