Learned Standing Counsel has taken instructions in the matter which is taken on record and as per instructions petitioners have been relieved on 23.08.2025 which is much after the order was passed by this Court on 24.07.2025. 3. In these circumstances, therefore, it clearly transpires that the respondents have come to relieve the petitioners only after this Court required instructions to be furnished admittedly, therefore, petitioners have not been relieved, in compliance of directions of this Court, by 15.07.2025. 4. This Court takes judicial notice of the relieving order brought by way of instructions. 5.
