This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking quashing of FIR No. 442/2023, dated 16.10.2023, registered at P.S Amar Colony, Delhi under Sections CRL.M.C. 6297/2025 2. As per allegations made in the FIR, On 14.10.2023, a Toyota vehicle bearing registration number DL 3C BX 1624 took a sudden U- turn, leading to a collision with the complainant’s motorcycle and leading to injuries to respondents.
