The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that the respondent no.2/Defence Estate Office, Delhi Cantonment (hereinafter referred as “the DEO”) be directed to mutate the name of the petitioner in the proportionate area of land admeasuring 111.20 sq. mtrs. being Survey no. 11/1/20 known as Plot no. 20, Chanan Singh Park, Delhi Cantt -110010 (hereinafter referred as the “subject property”).
