The petitioner has filed the present petition challenging the impugned order dated 22.08.2024 issued by the Delhi Medical Council (respondent no. 1) through its Disciplinary Committee. The impugned order dismissed his complaint concerning the alleged medical negligence by doctors at Brahm Shakti Hospital, Budh Vihar, Delhi, which led to the death of his wife Mrs. Himanshi. 2. The background of the matter is that on 26.09.2023, the petitioner’s wife was admitted to Brahm Shakti Hospital for the delivery of their child.
