The petitioner had applied for recruitment to the post of Constable (GD) in the Central Armed Police Forces1. His candidature has been rejected vide PST Rejection Slip dated 25 August 2025 on the ground that he was not of the requisite height. 2. The petitioner has placed reliance on a certificate issued by the District Government Hospital, Kuchaman City, Rajasthan, which has certified his height to be 171 cms. 4. Ordinarily, with respect to any medical requirement, if there are concurrent findings by two Medical Boards of the Respondent, this Court does not interfere merely because an outside Medical Board has given a favourable finding. 5. In the present case, however, the petitioner has been subjected to height testing only once.
