The present petition filed under Sections 482 and 483 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19731 seeks setting aside of the order dated 1st December, 2011, passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Rohini Court, Delhi, in the proceedings arising from FIR No. 297/2008 dated 20th May, 2008, registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 18602 at P.S.
