By way of both these petitions, the parties assail the order dated 21.05.2024 [hereafter „impugned order‟], passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North- West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi [hereafter „Family Court‟] in M.T. No.323/2023 titled „Pinki & Ors. v. Sunil Kumar‟. 2. In CRL.REV.P.(MAT.) 306/2025, the peti
