Ltd., Respondent 3 in the present appeal (RFA 478/2018), prays that the appeal be disposed of in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 3rd August 2022, which constitutes Annexure-A1 to the present application and which has been arrived at with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
