This appeal is directed against order dated 10.07.2025 passed in Writ-C No. 21620 of 2025 whereby the petition filed by the appellants aggrieved of the pairing of primary schools has been dismissed. 2. During the pendency of the appeal, on 28.08.2025, instructions were produced by learned Standing Counsel indicating that unpairing of schools pertaining to appellant nos. 1 and 3 has been done and that the school of appellant no.2 is only at a distance of 750 meters and therefore, the same was not unpaired. However, the said submission was not part of the instructions and therefore, learned Standing Counsel was directed to obtain specific instructions. 3. Today, specific instructions have been produced inter alia indicating that the distance of school of appellant no.2 is only 750 meters. Counsel for the appellants also
