By means of this appeal, the appellants, who are members of opposite party no.4-Society Janta Vidyalaya, Jaisingh Mau, District Ayodhya, have challenged the judgment and order dated 14.08.2025 passed in Writ-C No.7862 of 2025, challenging the order dated 31.07.2025 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, in purported exercise of powers under Section 4-B of Societies Registration Act, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as 'Act, 1860)', which has been dismissed. 3.
