This special appeal is directed against the order dated 04.12.2012 whereby Writ Petition No.26723 of 2010 came to be dismissed on account of dismissal of an earlier writ petition filed by the appellant being Writ Petition No.9721 of 1995 decided on 11.07.2003. 2. In the present appeal, an order was passed on 02.01.2013 to list the appeal in the next cause list whereafter apparently the appeal has not been listed and also not pursued. 3. Today also, despite the appeal listed in the category of 'oldest pending cases in this High Court, for priority hearing', none is present for the appellant. 4.
