This appeal is directed against the order dated 04.08.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ-C No. 12610 of 2025, whereby learned Single Judge made certain observations pertaining to the appointments of counsel for the State Corporation and required holding of meeting of the Board of U.P.S.R.T.C. before the next date of listing and finalize the scheme in this regard. 2. The appeal is barred by 14 days. An application seeking condonation of delay has been filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act along with affidavit of the Assistant Regional Manager, inter alia, claiming that delay in filing the appeal is neither deliberate/willful nor caused due to inaction of the appellants. 3.
