State of U.P. and 3 others) whereby learned Single Judge has set aside the orders dated 30.12.2020 and 30.12.2022 passed by the District Supply Officer, Ghazipur and the Deputy Commissioner (Food), Varanasi Division, Varanasi respectively, and has directed restoration of fair price shop licence of the petitioner in the writ petition, forthwith. 2. Submissions have been made that though the appellant, being a subsequent allottee, was a necessary party to the writ petition, he was not impleaded and therefore, the order impugned passed by learned Single Judge deserves to be set aside.
