Today, the matter is listed in 'Oldest pending cases in this High Court, for priority hearing' category. 4. None is present for the appellant. 5. It appears that the appellant has lost interest in the matter due to passage of time. 6. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
