This appeal is directed against order dated 21.08.2025 passed in Habeas Corpus Writ Petition No. 737 of 2025 whereby learned Single Judge noticed the submissions on behalf of the petitioner-appellant that she does not want to press the petition, however, seeks liberty to pursue the appropriate remedy under the law based on which the petition was dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed. 2. Counsel for the appellant attempted to make submissions that the appellant did not 'not press' the petition before the learned Single Judge. In fact, submissions were made seeking to dispute the instructions produced by A.G.A. before the learned Single Judge which was made the basis for the Court to pass the order. 3. The submissions made essentially seeks to dispute the contents of the order passed by learned Single Judge as
